Including 21 sets of independent oscillating coiler machines adopt with the most advanced servo motor control systems in the world, can produce various specifications of ribbon/oscillated coil with the weight range of 3kg to 500kg.The jumbo coil’s tension is uniform and the end is flat so as to avoid falling off.The original 3 in1 coiler head can coil the strapping with an inner diameter of 200mm, 305mm and 406mm to suit for the different packaging machines from China and abroad. Our creatively development of 鈥淏lued Film Generator鈥?solved the high tensile strength steel strapping’s weakness of “low tenacity” and effectively increased the adhesion of the blued and painted film, and further improved the products applicability and resistance to corrosion. Complete with Siemens PLC System, the production line is simple to operate and can ensure the good quality of the products.Our annual production capacity is over 80,000 tons.
We have advanced supporting testing equipment on the premises such as: a universal tensile test machine, salt spray machine, deflection testing machine, etc.We have set up 3 quality inspection gates for incoming inspection of raw materials, production process control and delivery inspection of finish products.Meanwhile, we are proactive, pioneering and innovative as we constantly collect and analyze data from our production lines.
