Our History
Yuantu Technology Development Co., Ltd. is located in Dongdaihe New Zone, and is rooted in China’s glass city-Qinhuangdao. As the earliest float glass production base in China, Qinhuangdao has cultivated the early professionals combination of technology and experience in the glass industry in China. The general manager of Yuantu is one of the professionals. As the founder of Yuantu, Mr. Wu Ying and his team have been engaged in the R & D, production and service of glass tempering furnaces for more than 20 years.
Our Factory
The Yuantu production workshop covers an area of 10,000 square meters. At present, there are several processing machines, two CNC machining centers, raw material storage centers, and product testing workshops. The annual production capacity can reach 100 sets of glass tempering furnaces.

Yuantu professional after-sales service staff are on line 24 hours, ready to provide professional, timely service. If you need our after-sales service personnel to provide on-site service, we stipulate that Hebei, Liaoning and surrounding areas will arrive 24 hours, and other provinces and regions will arrive at the customer site within 48 hours.
2, Remote service
Every furnace installed from now and after, built-in remote service function is available. It connects customer鈥檚 furnace with our remote control center directly, that makes our technician to analysis and debugging or give directions accurately and swiftly.
3. 12 months guarantee period
Every furnace installed from now and after,we provide 12 months guarantee period for every respect of the furnace. The performance Guarantee of 12 months counting from the date of mutual signing of the acceptance certificate. During this period, service and parts required(caused by YUANTU) is free of charge.
4, Lifetime service
We supply lifetime service to every furnace we installed. Including service for equipment quality, process and operation, replacement of parts, mechanical renew, electric renew,programme renew.

Yuantu Professional Engineer Team will provide comprehensive pre-operation training for customers at home and abroad, including:
1. The theory of steel/glue clamping and the basic knowledge of steel/glue clamping machine;
2. The composition of the unit and the mechanical structure and principle of each part of the unit;
3. Electrical control structure and principle of the unit;
4. Electrical Mapping Basis;
5. Operating procedures and process knowledge of the unit;
6. Daily maintenance and troubleshooting of common faults;
After training, the customer’s operators and maintenance technicians will have a better and more comprehensive grasp of the mechanical structure, electrical principle and operation process of the equipment to ensure stable and efficient operation of the equipment.6mm fireproof glass
